After beginning your evening with an exceptional glass of traditional method sparkling wine, you'll sit down to a 3 course menu of innovative, flavoursome and modern vegetarian dishes prepared by Chef Ailsa Pater.
Not tried Chef Ailsa's cooking before? Now's your chance to enjoy her fresh approach to ingredients. She's tonic for the soul. Afterwards you'll feel like a better dancer and your hair will be a bit shinier.
Over the course of the evening, wine expert, Sophia Luckett , from The Drink Talking,
will guide you through a tasting of fine wines each expertly matched with Ailsa's dishes. She promises to bring you the best from her cellar alongside a whollop of jolliness and approachability when it comes to your wine questions.
